Human Resources Generalist-(FT)

Assists with the planning, organization, training and recordkeeping of the benefits for all employees of the organization, in compliance with all accrediting agencies and government regulations and guidelines. Assists with benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, payroll support and special HR projects. Must have the knowledge and skills to assist the other members of the department with compensation, education and development of employees.

 Schedule: Full time

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Benefit eligible

Required Skills:

1. Must have excellent computer skills, including working with Microsoft Pivot Tables

2. Detail oriented and accurate in assigned tasks.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills, including written communication. Must be able to work with employees and co-workers in an effective manner.

Minimum Work Experience:

1. Prior experience in the areas of benefits administration, payroll administration and employee relations preferred.

2. Preferred to have a general knowledge of employment laws, EEO/AA, and compensation systems.

Minimum Education:

1. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of HR work related experience
